I wonder what would the Bhakts call the protesting parents of the infant, who died because of bitter cold.
Would they be called anti-national or would they be termed Urban Naxals? After all, they haven’t lost a single day in protesting against the prejudiced Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) at Shaheen Bagh.
To some they might appear careless, to others 'brave', but the pertinent question is what was it that made the poor parents take to the streets and protest. They say, it was the absence of required papers. But, the point of the matter is why or how did such a situation came about. The answer to it lies in the following facts.
FACTS:
Is there not a clause in the Indian Constitution that deals with Citizenship?
Secondly, is there not a clause in the Indian Constitution that deals with granting of citizenship to foreign national or immigrants?
The answer to both questions are - YES
(For details READ - Part II of the Constitution of India [Articles 5 to 11])
So what was the need for CAA?
The answer lies in two words - Hindutva Agenda. Better put paving he way for a backdoor entry for those Hindus, who may have been left out from the NRC list. There!

Meanwhile, four-month old, Jahan, is being hailed as a Shaheed. Some news channels, however, have turned the incident into an agenda for debate. So much for the life lost.
I suppose the Bhakts were spared a ‘goli’ (bullet) here.
Those who still feel that CAA isn't meant for Indian Muslims, do note that National Register of Citizens (NRC) and National Population Register (NPR) definitely are.
If you want to find out how the three are connected watch the following video. It provides legal details or the '5 Ws & 1 H' of the three Acronyms.
