Does CAA pose a threat to national security?

Amidst all this hoopla around CAA, NRC and NPR, let me just briefly point out something that has been sidestepped or overlooked so far. It is that our Intel Agencies had warned the government against CAA, then CAB.

Let me quote from a newspaper article. "...our only concern has been that the agencies who are inimical to us should not have a legal framework within which they can exploit our situation and infiltrate their own people into our own country. That is a matter of great concern for us," the R&AW official was quoted as saying in the panel report placed in Parliament in January, 2019. 

So what has the BJP government done? They have effectively opened a window within the security parameters of our nation to our neighbours. 

And this isn't the first time, they have done such a thing. Let's not forget - The Electoral Bonds - floated by the government in power. In reality it is akin to #hawala, within the legal framework. And they did it despite being warned against by the RBI.

What is this government up to?  Your guess is as good as mine.
