Let's not forget how vital keywords are for websites and social media platforms. It's these keywords that create a hoopla around a particular topic. This phenomenon is called ORM (Online Reputation Management).
No marks for guessing who is behind this?
It's their IT wing. They are effectively using AI (artificial intelligence) for the purpose. Chances are an advertising agency that might be involved. I am saying this as counter-insurgency operations were carried out by previous governments too, but catchphrases like 'surgical strike' were rarely used. And I am not talking about DAVP.
Not to forget the 'Data Protection Bill' is high on their agenda & even a schoolkid would be able to tell what the government intends to do with it. Hint - It's a tool for surveillance.
